Rev. Linda Dominik
|
|
Reverend Linda Dominik graduated
from Unity Ministerial Education in 1987. Her first
assignment was
a church located in Syracuse, New York . She also served in Garden Park
Unity in Cincinnati, and was an Associate Minister at the former
Church of Today in Warren, Michigan, for 6 years.
Next Rev. Dominik founded the Unity Church of Lake Orion (Michigan) in 1997.
The Lake Orion congregation
purchased its building in 1999 and in June, 2000, she left to
attend the center for Humanistic Studies in Detroit, where she received
a Master's Degree In Humanistic and Clinical Psychology in August,
2001.
Rev. Dominik has two grown sons who live out of state. Unfortunately, when
she moved to the condo she currently lives in, she had to give away her wonder-dog, P.K.
whom she misses very much. She is creating an alternative ministry
which interfaces spirituality and psychology and empowers people
with their divine purpose. Rev. Dominik has conducted retreats,
workshops, and does guest speaking. She is published in "Beyond
The Lines: Writing what you could not say," an anthology of new
Michigan writers By Plainview Press, Texas. |

Business Administrator, Fund Raising,
Volunteers, Women's, Prosperity
I was born and raised in Germany where I married
Clifford Carico in 1967. We have 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren. In 1970 I immigrated
to the United States where I attended Lansing Community College, Michigan State University
and St Lawrence Hospital.
Prior to coming to Unity of Ann
Arbor I was employed at a Geriatric Center, where I supervised
the nursing staff on all shifts.
In 1988 I became Unity Church
of Ann Arbor's Business Administrator. At the present time I am taking unity classes to become
a licensed Unity Teacher.
Unity has brought forth a
tremendous growth in me. The teachings have helped me to transform all areas of my life. I love
the great church family that we have here. We encourage, accept, and lift each other up, and that
is why I have been here for almost 12 years.
