Sonja is also involved with Fund Raising, Volunteers and Prosperity.

I was born and raised in Germany where I married Clifford Carico in 1967. We have 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren. In 1970 I immigrated to the United States where I attended Lansing Community College, Michigan State University and St Lawrence Hospital.

Prior to coming to Unity of Ann Arbor I was employed at a Geriatric Center, where I supervised the nursing staff on all shifts.

In 1988 I became Unity Church of Ann Arbor's Business Administrator. At the present time I am taking unity classes to become a licensed Unity Teacher.

Unity has brought forth a tremendous growth in me. The teachings have helped me to transform all areas of my life. I love the great church family that we have here. We encourage, accept, and lift each other up, and that is why I have been here for over 21 years.
